Aqua resort and residential tower is located on the Gold Coast with commanding views of the city skyline, Broadwater and ocean. A range of restaurants and specialty shops cater to the tower and local residents. The project was the first of a number of Niecon developments to incorporate their "premium lifespaces" concept. Integral to the lifespaces philosophy is the quality, range and style of the external facilities. Aqua integrates contemporary Asian inspired elements including, a Zen garden, teppanyaki grill and yoga lawn, along with a 25 meter lap pool, residents’ herb garden, and barbeque creating a distinctive and functional landscape that is central to the resort-residential lifestyle.
